Electronic Component Assembler

As an Electronic Component Assembler, you will play a key role in the production and assembly of electronic components and devices. You will work closely with the production team, engineers, and quality control staff to ensure accurate assembly, proper testing, and timely delivery of high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components according to specifications and work instructions

• Solder, connect, and secure parts on printed circuit boards (PCBs)

• Test assembled components for quality and functionality

• Inspect components and identify defects or discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Record production data and maintain accurate assembly logs

• Coordinate with engineers and quality control for troubleshooting and improvements

• Report defective parts or production issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuit boards

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to work with small parts and tools accurately

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with soldering, wiring, and testing electronic assemblies

• Familiarity with electronic assembly tools and equipment

• Knowledge of inventory and component handling procedures

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly lines
